Seize the day!

You’ve heard that one before, right? Most likely in the awesome Robin Williams film, Dead Poets Society.

Some of us let minutes, hours, even days fly by. We’re all guilty of it from time to time. It affects our dreams and it affects our lifestyle.

The Problem And A Solution

I’ve had this problem, so now I’m trying to remedy it. I want to make the most of every day; I don’t want to ever go to sleep at night feeling like I’ve not achieved anything during that day.

What I’m going to try and do is create one Magic Moment every single day! One moment that defines my experience that day, and reminds me that I actually lived that day!

It can be anything, so long as it’s a memorable moment that affects you.

Too Many Magic Moments?

Sure, you can never have too many Magic Moments, but ensure that you have at least one every day.

Don’t go to sleep until you can recount that moment in detail. Make a masterpiece, and go to sleep happy, knowing that you’ve created a lasting memory that day.

I don’t want things flying by anymore. I’m going to create these moments, create these memories.

The whole idea of a Magic Moment is very subjective. It can mean different things to different people. Decide what constitutes a Magic Moment to you, then go ahead and seek them out!

Go Out There And Create Some Magic Moments!

Keep a journal containing all your Magic Moments each day.

This way, you can document everything, and in the future each day will be better remembered as you’ll have the Magic Moment written there – you’ll be able to associate days with Magic Moments.

Not only that, but in the future you can look back and see how far you’ve really come!

Life’s short. Make each day count!
