The timestamp displays at the bottom right corner of each video during recording (see below). You can change its format by clicking on it and choosing from one of the options that appear in a drop-down menu (see below).

When watching a recording through Screen Sharing, if you click on the timestamp, it will take you to that point in the recording session when this time was recorded.

You can also get free faxing with RingCentral if you sign up for its $19/month Business Essentials plan or higher (there are no faxing options with Grasshopper).

Zoom has a lot of great features, but I’m most impressed with the ability to share your screen and collaborate in real time using a virtual whiteboard. It’s an intuitive feature that allows multiple people on different devices to simultaneously annotate the same document or presentation.

This feature is especially useful for remote meetings where you’re working with clients or internal teams who are located in different parts of the world. You can share your screen with everyone involved in the meeting and everyone can see what’s happening on each device at once. This makes it easy for everyone to not only see what’s happening, but also participate by adding their thoughts directly into the conversation.
