Guys, I’d highly recommend tracking down the Sedona Method if you can get your hands on it. It’s a self-development program, only it’s a lot more simplistic and a lot less cultish and complex compared to a lot of the self-help stuff out there.
I read some sterling reviews of this program on various message boards, and just had to give it a go. I’m early on in the program, but I’ve already experienced some really perceptible gains. Will report more as I get deeper into the program.
It Ties In With Filmmaking
The important thing is that it ties in directly with filmmaking. It exemplifies a lot of the “get out of your head and live life in the moment” advice that they speak about in self-development communities.
In fact, it greatly compliments the teachings of people like Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, etc – all of whom are popular gurus in self-help circles.
I’m surprised that the Sedona Method doesn’t get mentioned much around filmmaking communities. But I understand it’s more of a grass roots, word of mouth program right now, so I’m just getting the word out there to everyone here.
Give it a look, and let me know what you think in the comments below.
