2.3 Prohibited Uses

• Claim ownership of or copyright to our digital products
• Use products in ways that violate laws or regulations
• Remove watermarks or attribution where required
• Use products in defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content

3.1 Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product availability and discontinue products at any time.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

3.3 Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered via download links sent to your email address. Download links expire after 30 days, but you can always access your purchases through your account.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing download within 48 hours of purchase
• Products that don't match their description significantly
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Cases where we determine a refund is warranted

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and include a detailed explanation of the issue.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to our site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights.

Our digital products are protected by copyright and are provided under license, not sold. The license grants you specific rights to use the products but does not transfer ownership.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

In no event shall Filmmaking Lifestyle Store, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
